FB Workwear currently ships Australia-wide.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Custom Branded & Bulk Orders
Orders that include embroidery, printing, custom branding, or large-volume purchases may incur additional shipping charges based on the size, weight, and delivery location. Any applicable shipping costs will be confirmed before your order is processed.
Order Processing
Most in-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Custom-branded products, special-order items, and bulk uniform orders may require additional production time. Estimated lead times will be provided when your order is confirmed.

Delivery Information
We use Australia Post and trusted courier partners to deliver orders throughout Australia.
Please ensure your delivery details are accurate when placing your order. FB Workwear cannot be responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
If delivery cannot be completed, the carrier may leave a collection notice or contact you to arrange an alternative delivery option.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels
If your order is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and assist in achieving a prompt resolution.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and provide photographs to assist with any claim.
