Refund and Return Policy

At FB Workwear, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind, order the wrong size, or select the wrong colour, we may accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unworn.

  • Original tags and packaging must be included.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • You must contact us first to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN).

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for change of mind:

  • Clearance items

  • Special order items

  • Custom-branded, embroidered, or printed garments

If these items are faulty or not as described, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law still apply.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase

  • Photos showing the issue

Once the issue has been assessed, we will provide a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us at Info@fbworkwear.com.au or 0403 774 791 to request a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN).

  2. Securely package the item and include proof of purchase.

  3. Clearly write the RAN on the parcel and return it to:
